Minnesota High School Basketball - Lakeville South can't hold off Farmington

The Farmington Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Lakeville South Cougars to 58 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagan for a non-league contest on Friday, February 25. Farmington will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 72-61 league loss to Rosemount (Rosemount, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-15.
The Cougars (12-11) will now prepare for their contest against Burnsville (Burnsville, MN). The Blaze come into the non-league contest with a 3-18 record. In their last contest, Burnsville edged Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN), 87-77, in a league contest.
