In Tuesday's non-league game, the Wetumpka Indians (Wetumpka, AL) soccer squad tipped the host Elmore County Panthers (Eclectic, AL), by a final score of 2-1.
The Indians (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Holtville (Deatsville, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Holtville nudged Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL), 3-2, in a non-league test.
With the loss, Elmore County drops to 0-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Beauregard (Opelika, AL) to meet the Hornets in a 4A-5A Area 5 test on Thursday, March 3. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 0-3. Beauregard lost 11-1 in their recent league test against Pike Road (Pike Road, AL)
