The Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Lemon Bay Manta Rays to 0 in the Fightin' Tarpons league victory on Tuesday.
The Fightin' Tarpons (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Mariner (Cape Coral, FL). The Tritons go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Mariner was overwhelmed by Estero (Estero, FL), 7-2, in a non-league match.
The Manta Rays (0-1) will now prepare for their match against North Port (North Port, FL). The Bobcats go into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
