Ohio High School Basketball - Mathews tipped by Badger

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Badger Braves basketball team scored a tight 43-38 triumph over the Mathews Mustangs.

In their next game, the Braves meet the Western Reserve Blue Devils (Berlin Center, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 25. Badger will attempt to better on its 21-4 season record. The Blue Devils enter the match with a 16-8 record after their 39-27 non-league win over Lowellville (Lowellville, OH).

With the defeat, Mathews moves to 15-10 on the year.

This game is a part of the 2023 OHSAA Girls Basketball State Championships (Ohio) - Division IV tournament
