New Brockton Gamecocks (New Brockton, AL) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Geneva Panthers (Geneva, AL), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Gamecocks confront the Houston Academy Raiders (Dothan, AL) in a 1A-3A Area 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 28. New Brockton will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Dale County (Midland City, AL).

The Panthers now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Long for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 13.
