In Wednesday's league challenge, the Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT) ice hockey team the visiting Choate Rosemary Hall School Wild Boars (Wallingford, CT), by a margin of 5-2.
The Pelicans now possess a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avon Old Farms for a challenge on Saturday, February 25. Loomis Chaffee School will clash with a Beavers team coming off a 6-2 league win over Canterbury School (New Milford, CT). The Beavers record now stands at 19-2.
The Wild Boars (3-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Kent School (Kent, CT). The Lions enter the challenge with a 11-11 record. In their last challenge, Kent School tipped Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA), 4-3, in a league challenge.
