Florida High School Baseball - Lyman gets by Lake Howell

Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Lyman Greyhounds (Longwood, FL) and the host Lake Howell Silver Hawks (Winter Park, FL), saw Lyman's baseball squad beat Lake Howell by a margin of 7-4.

Coming up next, the Greyhounds play the Mount Dora Christian Academy Bulldogs (Mount Dora, FL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 26. Lyman will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL).

The Silver Hawks now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Mary for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 27. Lake Howell will play a Rams squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over University (Orange City, FL). The Rams record now stands at 2-0.
