The Bridge Creek Bobcats basketball team (Blanchard, OK), dropped 61-48 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Newcastle Racers (Newcastle, OK)
The Racers now possess a 18-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McGuinness for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 24. Newcastle will battle a Fighting Irish team coming off a 45-42 non-league win over Bethany (Bethany, OK). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 12-12.
The Bobcats (19-6) will now prepare for their battle against Clinton (Clinton, OK). The Red Tornadoes come into the non-league battle with a 2-21 record. In their last battle, Clinton prevailed over Elk City (Elk City, OK), 43-37, in a league battle.
