New Mexico High School Basketball - Cimarron trounces Wagon Mound

The Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) basketball crushed the host Wagon Mound Trojans (Wagon Mound, NM), 75-45 in Thursday's league test.
The Rams (18-6) will now prepare for their test against Maxwell (Maxwell, NM). The Bears go into the A District 5 test with a 11-11 record. In their last test, Maxwell was trounced by Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 71-37, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Roy/Mosquero for a A District 5 test on Friday, February 23. Wagon Mound will encounter a Longhorn squad coming off a 49-37 league win over Springer (Springer, NM). The Longhorn record now stands at 14-10.
