The Sauk Prairie Eagles basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Edgewood Crusaders to 44 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Portage for a Badger - Small contest on Tuesday, February 27. Sauk Prairie will battle a Warriors team coming off a 73-66 non-league loss to McFarland (McFarland, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 6-18.

The Crusaders (5-19) will now prepare for their contest against River Valley (Spring Green, WI). The Blackhawks enter the non-league contest with a 10-14 record. In their last contest, River Valley was routed by Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI), 56-37, in a league contest.
