In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Moon Area Tigers basketball team scored a good 63-50 triumph over the Fox Chapel Foxes.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Thomas Jefferson Jaguars (Jefferson Hills, PA) in a non-league match, on Monday, February 26. Moon Area will attempt to better on its 20-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the match with a 20-3 record after their 72-57 non-league win over Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA).
