Wyoming High School Basketball - Natrona County nips Kelly Walsh

Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Kelly Walsh Trojans (Casper, WY), 55-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Natrona County upgrades its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Sheridan (Sheridan, WY) to play the Broncs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Broncs come into the bout with a record of 16-5. Sheridan won 59-52 in their recent league bout against Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY)

Next up, the Trojans play the Rock Springs Tigers (Rock Springs, WY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 24. Kelly Walsh will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 7-13 record after their 50-48 non-league loss to Green River (Green River, WY).
