The Weston Silver Eagles basketball team (Cazenovia, WI), was nudged 59-52 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Kickapoo Panthers (Viola, WI)

The Panthers now sport a 8-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ithaca for a Ridge & Valley battle on Tuesday, February 27. Kickapoo will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 70-48 league win over Wauzeka-Steuben (Wauzeka, WI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 19-4.

The Silver Eagles (6-17) will now prepare for their battle against North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI). The Trojans come into the Ridge & Valley battle with a 20-4 record. In their last battle, North Crawford was nudged by De Soto (De Soto, WI), 55-51, in a league battle.
