Wisconsin High School Basketball - Suring can't hold off Lena

The Lena Wildcats basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Suring Eagles to 39 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Niagara for a Marinette & Oconto contest on Tuesday, February 27. Lena will battle a Badgers team coming off a 56-42 non-league win over Goodman-Pembine (Goodman, WI). The Badgers record now stands at 18-8.
The Eagles (4-20) will now prepare for their contest against Lourdes (Oshkosh, WI). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 17-7 record. In their last contest, Lourdes nudged Oakfield (Oakfield, WI), 50-46, in a league contest.
