In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Maret Frogs basketball team scored a tight 57-51 triumph over the St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions.
In their next game, the Frogs meet the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 24. Maret will attempt to move on its 19-9 season record. The Quakers enter the match with a 23-4 record after their 64-44 non-league win over Potomac School (McLean, VA).
With the defeat, St. Andrew's Episcopal moves to 20-8 on the year.
