The Highland Bulldogs tipped the visiting Effingham Flaming Hearts basketball team by a final score of 34-31 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 26. Highland will attempt to move on its 25-10 season record. The Titans enter the game with a 26-7 record after their 44-43 non-league win over Quincy Notre Dame (Quincy, IL).
With the defeat, Effingham moves to 29-5 on the year.
