    The Highland Hornets basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Steele Comets to 35 in the Hornets non-league victory on Thursday.

    The Hornets now sport a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27. Highland will battle a Blue Streaks team coming off a 61-17 non-league win over Hathaway Brown (Shaker Heights, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 21-2.
