Calera Eagles (Calera, AL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Chilton County Tigers (Clanton, AL), 6-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Helena Huskies (Helena, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 29. Calera will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
The Tigers now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marbury for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 27. Chilton County will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Brewbaker Tech (Montgomery, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
