Alabama High School Softball - Valley bounces Russell County

The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Valley Rams (Valley, AL) and the host Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL), saw Valley's softball squad nip Russell County by a count of 26-21.

The Rams now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Eufaula for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 27. Valley will face a Tigers squad coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Dothan (Dothan, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Russell County falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host Beulah (Valley, AL) to face the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 27. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 0-0.
