The Berrien Rebels baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Clinch County Panthers to 2 in the Rebels non-league win on Saturday.
The Rebels now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dodge County for a non-league test on Thursday, February 27.
With the defeat, Clinch County drops to 1-5 on the year. The Panthers host Atkinson County (Pearson, GA) to play the Rebels in a 1A D-II Area 2 test on Tuesday, February 25. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 3-2. Atkinson County lost 9-2 in their recent non-league test against Brunswick (Brunswick, GA)
