In Thursday's non-league bout, the Rockmart Yellowjackets (Rockmart, GA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA), by a tally of 13-0.
Next up, the Yellowjackets encounter the Newnan Cougars (Newnan, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 21. Rockmart will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 4-1 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Carrollton (Carrollton, GA).
The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Pepperell (Lindale, GA). The Dragons enter the non-league bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Pepperell overcame North Murray (Chatsworth, GA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
