The Lynn Bears baseball team scored 17 runs and held the host Marion County Red Raiders to 1 in the Bears non-league win on Saturday.
The Bears now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Dora for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. Lynn will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Sumiton Christian (Sumiton, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Marion County drops to 0-3 on the year. The Red raiders host Sulligent (Sulligent, AL) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 0-2. Sulligent lost 29-2 in their recent non-league test against Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL)
