The Douglas Bearcats basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Glenrock Herders to 40 in the Bearcats league triumph on Saturday.

The Bearcats now have a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Wheatland for a non-league game on Thursday, February 27. Douglas will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 51-41 league win over Rawlins (Rawlins, WY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-12.

With the loss, Glenrock falls to 9-12 on the campaign. The Herders host Newcastle (Newcastle, WY) to confront the Dogies in a 3A Northeast game on Thursday, February 27. The Dogies go into the game with a record of 4-16. Newcastle won 69-66 in their recent non-league game against Rawlins (Rawlins, WY)
