Next, the Braves encounter the Metlakatla Chiefs (Metlakatla, AK) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 27. Mt. Edgecumbe will attempt to advance on its 11-7 season record. The Chiefs enter the battle with a 18-3 record after their 48-23 non-league win over Unalakleet (Unalakleet, AK).

The Huskies now own a 2-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Houston for a 3A Eastern battle on Tuesday, February 25.
