The Archbishop Shaw Eagles lacrosse team (Marrero, LA), was tipped 9-8 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws (Bay St. Louis, MS)
With the victory, St. Stanislaus advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Rock-a-Chaws host Dutchtown (Geismar, LA) to encounter the Griffins in a Division I - West battle on Saturday, April 12. The Griffins come into the battle with a record of 6-2.
The Eagles now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 15. Archbishop Shaw will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 14-5 non-league win over St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
