Doyle Tigers (Livingston, LA) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Central Wildcats (Baton Rouge, LA), 10-7 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Doyle improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Zachary (Zachary, LA) to play the Broncos in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 26. The Broncos enter the game with a record of 3-3.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Live Oak for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 25. Central will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
