Logansport Tigers (Logansport, LA) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Minden Crimson Tide (Minden, LA), 16-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Logansport improves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Byrd (Shreveport, LA) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 26. The Yellow Jackets enter the game with a record of 1-1.

The Crimson Tide now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Stanley for a non-league game on Saturday, February 22. Minden will play a Panthers squad coming off a 19-0 non-league win over Southwood (Shreveport, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
