Louisiana High School Softball - North DeSoto can't get by Ouachita Parish

The Ouachita Parish Lions edged the host North DeSoto Griffins softball squad by a count of 6-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Airline Vikings (Bossier City, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 22. Ouachita Parish will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Northwood (Shreveport, LA).

The Griffins (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Frederick (Monroe, LA). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
