Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Francis tops Becker

St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their basketball team achieve victory over the host Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN), 73-62 in a league battle.
The Fighting Saints now possess a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hermantown for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 28. St. Francis will confront a Hawks team coming off a 73-63 non-league win over Superior (Superior, WI). The Hawks record now stands at 19-7.
The Bulldogs (9-15) will now prepare for their battle against Rocori (Cold Spring, MN). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Rocori beat Willmar (Willmar, MN), 74-60, in a league battle.
