The Clay County Panthers basketball team (Clay, WV), was overwhelmed 77-55 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV)
The Huskies now possess a 15-6 record.
The Panthers (3-17) will now prepare for their battle against Charleston Catholic (Charleston, WV). The Irish come into the non-league battle with a 14-5 record. In their last battle, Charleston Catholic was trounced by Fairmont Senior (Fairmont, WV), 54-39, in a non-league outing.
