The Big Piney Punchers basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Wind River Cougars to 42 in the Punchers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Punchers now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wyoming Indian for a non-league contest on Friday, February 24. Big Piney will battle a team coming off a 51-42 non-league win over Greybull (Greybull, WY). The record now stands at 18-4.
The Cougars (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against Greybull (Greybull, WY). The Buffaloes come into the non-league contest with a 3-17 record. In their last contest, Greybull was nudged by Wyoming Indian (Ethete, WY), 51-42, in a non-league contest.
