Dale Pirates (Dale, OK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wewoka Tigers (Wewoka, OK), 68-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Dale upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Stroud Tigers (Stroud, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 24. Wewoka will attempt to upgrade on its 12-13 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 56-50 league loss to Holdenville (Holdenville, OK).
