The Steward Spartans tipped the visiting Norfolk Christian Ambassadors basketball team by a final score of 49-47 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Spartans face the Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 25. Steward will attempt to move on its 22-8 season record. The Crusaders enter the game with a 25-6 record after their 81-35 non-league win over Hampton Roads Academy (Newport News, VA).

With the defeat, Norfolk Christian moves to 19-8 on the year.
