Alaska High School Basketball - Nuiqsut Trapper overwhelmed by Nunamiut

The Nunamiut Amaguq basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Nuiqsut Trapper Trappers to 19 in the Amaguq league victory on Thursday.
The Amaguq now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nuiqsut Trapper for a 1A North Slope contest on Thursday, February 23. Nunamiut will battle a Trappers team coming off a 0-0 non-league Bristol Bay (Naknek, AK). The Trappers record now stands at 0-2.
The Trappers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Nunamiut (Anaktuvik Pass, AK). The Amaguq come into the 1A North Slope contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Nunamiut was routed by Newhalen (Newhalen, AK), 52-25, in a non-league contest.
