In Thursday's non-league battle, the Cypress Bay Lightning (Weston, FL) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Fort Lauderdale Flying L's (Fort Lauderdale, FL), by a count of 13-2.
Coming up next, the Lightning clash with the Coral Glades Jaguars (Coral Springs, FL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 27. Cypress Bay will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Jaguars come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Cooper City (Cooper City, FL).
The Flying L's now own a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coral Springs for a non-league battle on Friday, March 3.
