The Mesabi East Giants basketball team (Aurora, MN), was routed 91-42 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Crosby-Ironton Rangers (Crosby, MN)

The Giants (10-16) will now prepare for their battle against Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy (Duluth, MN). The come into the AA Section 7 battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy trounced Nashwauk-Keewatin (Nashwauk, MN), 92-78, in a non-league battle.
