The Eastview Lightning basketball team (Apple Valley, MN), was nudged 64-61 in Friday's league battle with the host Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN)
The Irish now possess a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farmington for a non-league battle on Monday, February 26. Rosemount will battle a Tigers team coming off a 94-77 non-league win over Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 18-6.
The Lightning (4-20) will now prepare for their battle against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN). The Eagles come into the AAAA Section 3 battle with a 11-13 record. In their last battle, Apple Valley was nudged by Eagan (Eagan, MN), 67-53, in a league battle.
