Ohio High School Basketball - Lowellville nudges McDonald

In Friday's league outing, the Lowellville Rockets (Lowellville, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH), by a margin of 38-33.

The Rockets (14-8) will now prepare for their outing against Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 16-6 record.

The Blue Devils now own a 11-11 record. They play next when they host Central Christian for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 27. McDonald will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 52-33 non-league win over Tuscarawas Central Catholic (New Philadelphia, OH). The Comets record now stands at 10-12.
