The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Downey Vikings (Downey, CA) and the visiting Claremont Wolfpack (Claremont, CA), saw Downey's volleyball squad nip Claremont by a tally of 2-1.

The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 5-1. University won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against El Toro (Lake Forest, CA)

The Wolfpack now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Yorba Linda for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 24. Claremont will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-0.
