The Elsberry Indians (Elsberry, MO) basketball nipped the host Duchesne Pioneers (St. Charles, MO), 41-39 in Friday's non-league test.
The Indians (17-8) will now prepare for their test against South Shelby (Shelbina, MO). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 22-6 record. In their last test, South Shelby got by Palmyra (Palmyra, MO), 63-50, in a non-league test.
The Pioneers now own a 12-17 record.
