The Greenbrier West Cavaliers (Charmco, WV) basketball knocked off the visiting Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV), 46-31 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cavaliers (14-8) will now prepare for their test against River View (Bradshaw, WV). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 16-8 record. In their last test, River View went down by James Monroe (Lindside, WV), 80-52, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 13-10 record. They play next when they travel to James Monroe for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27. Meadow Bridge will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 80-52 non-league win over River View (Bradshaw, WV). The Mavericks record now stands at 15-8.
