Montana High School Basketball - Lockwood can't hold off Havre

The Havre Blue Ponies basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Lockwood LIONS to 58 in the Blue Ponies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Ponies now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Custer County for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 24. Havre will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 56-52 non-league win over Billings Central Catholic (Billings, MT). The Cowboys record now stands at 18-2.
The LIONS (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Billings Central Catholic (Billings, MT). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Billings Central Catholic was nudged by Custer County (Miles City, MT), 56-52, in a non-league contest.
