The Mason County Central Spartans (Scottville, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Hesperia Panthers (Hesperia, MI), 66-20 in Friday's league test.

The Spartans (17-4) will now prepare for their test against North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI). The Norsemen go into the Western Michigan - Other test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, North Muskegon walloped Ravenna (Ravenna, MI), 28-26, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 3-18 record. They play next when they host Muskegon Catholic Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27. Hesperia will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 50-9 league win over Lee (Wyoming, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-12.
