New Mexico High School Basketball - Laguna Acoma trounces Navajo Pine

The Laguna Acoma Hawks (New Laguna, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM), 74-23 in Friday's league test.
The Hawks (16-8) will now prepare for their test against Dulce (Dulce, NM). The Hawks go into the 2A District 1 test with a 16-9 record. In their last test, Dulce walloped Rehoboth Christian (Rehoboth, NM), 43-32, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 2-24 record. They play next when they travel to Rehoboth Christian for a non-league test on Monday, February 26. Navajo Pine will encounter a Lynx squad coming off a 40-39 non-league win over To'hajiilee (To'hajiilee, NM). The Lynx record now stands at 11-13.
