The Reserve Mountaineers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Mesilla Valley Christian School SonBlazers to 48 in the Mountaineers league victory on Friday.

The Mountaineers now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cliff for a A District 2 contest on Saturday, February 24. Reserve will battle a Cowboys/Cowgirls team coming off a 51-48 league win over Magdalena (Magdalena, NM). The Cowboys/Cowgirls record now stands at 21-2.
