In Friday's league battle, the visiting Brownsboro Bears soccer squad scored a close 7-0 win over the Cumberland Academy Knights.
The Bears (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lindale (Lindale, TX). The Eagles go into the 4A Region 2 District 14 battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Lindale was overwhelmed by Athens (Athens, TX), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Knights (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Van (Van, TX). The Vandals go into the 4A Region 2 District 14 battle with a 3-14 record.
