In Friday's league challenge, the Williston Northampton Wildcats (Easthampton, MA) ice hockey team the visiting Winchendon Wapiti (Winchendon, MA), by a margin of 6-3.

The Wildcats now possess a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pomfret School for a challenge on Saturday, February 24. Williston Northampton will clash with a Griffins team coming off a 8-2 league win over Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Griffins record now stands at 11-14.

The Wapiti (13-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT). The Crimson Knights enter the Independent challenge with a 18-5 record. In their last challenge, Salisbury School tipped Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT), 4-1, in a league challenge.
