The crowd at Friday's league test between the Joshua Owls (Joshua, TX) and the visiting Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX), saw Joshua's soccer squad triumph over Seguin by a margin of 6-1.
The Owls now sport a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cleburne for a 5A Region 1 District 8 test on Tuesday, February 27. Joshua will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 9-2 league win over Seguin (Arlington, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 13-1.
With the loss, Seguin drops to 1-12 on the season. The Cougars travel to Burleson (Burleson, TX) to encounter the Elks in a 5A Region 1 District 8 test on Friday, March 1. The Elks come into the test with a record of 3-14.
