The Panthers now hold a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Huntsville for a 5A Region 2 District 16 test on Tuesday, February 27. Kingwood Park will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lufkin (Lufkin, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Nacogdoches drops to 9-6 on the season. The Dragons travel to Dayton (Dayton, TX) to meet the Broncos in a 5A Region 2 District 16 test on Tuesday, February 27. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 8-7. Dayton won 2-1 in their recent league test against Porter (Porter, TX)
