The Polytechnic Parrots held off the host Southwest Raiders soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Friday's league match.
The Parrots now sport a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to North Side for a 5A Region 1 District 6 match on Tuesday, February 27. Polytechnic will clash with a Steers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Steers record now stands at 8-7.
